Learner Representatives can answer any questions you may have. If you are a current certificate student, they can:
- Generate your noncredit course transcript
- Get you enrolled in courses to help you complete your certificate program

Our lifework consultants — experienced in working with adults in a variety of lifework transitions — can help you explore options and determine next steps by:
- Finding and pursuing more meaningful lifework
- Transitioning into a higher level position
- Connecting to educational and career resources
Assessment testing
A lifework consultant will help you determine if you'll benefit from the following assessment tools that focus your career search on areas that align with your personal traits:
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
- Strong Interest Inventory

Financial Aid Resources
College of Continuing Education grants and scholarships
Grants and scholarships are intended to help adult learners who have had to delay or interrupt their education for more than two years or are. Awards can range from $500 to $2,200, many of which do not need to be repaid. Visit our Financial Aid Web page for more information and application forms.

Continuing Education and Conference Center
Most continuing education courses are held at the Continuing Education and Conference Center, located on the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota. Complimentary parking is available in the lot directly to the east of the conference center (lot S104) at 1890 Buford Avenue.
In addition to hosting professional development programs from the University of Minnesota, the conference center offers meeting and training space for professional associations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses.
